2nd Prezzie Done!

2nd Xmas Prezzie completed!

A shadow box for Ro's parents. This photo was taken on Ro's bdae. It was actually horizontal but I crop it vertical and develop as 5R. I like how ro and uncle look so happy here. Auntie's camera shy so always only smile abit.

I love how sunny the prezzie came out looking.

Ro basically sat at the table, read his book while I scrapped. started on my 2nd layout of the night and Ro poured cold water, making me so pissed tat i stopped scrapping. even considered throwing everying into the chute!

Criticism, but no better solutions. How to help me improve? sigh.. I'm never going to scrap with him ever again.

Paper Paper Paper..

Yep, I went paper shopping coz I have this coupon that says 20% off on 20 pcs of pattern paper so crazy me bought 21 pieces!! Yes!

Sorted my papers by brands and I realise I bought in total (adding the papers i bought previously and not yet use), ELEVEN BRANDS!

I so wana get a betty cropper file that lets me put them neatly. $35.90.. can i bring myself to buy that?

Cosmo Cricket - Nutmeg

Meet Ro at PS after work and I went to MWL to buy Pattern Paper~!

New arrival from Cosmo Cricket nutmeg that made me lose my senses... whahaha..

Went for sakae teppanyaki and we got extra serving of vege and foie gras, coz the chef got our order wrong! kekekeke... Cheapskate me am very happy abt it!

Honey Bee!!

Boy am i glad i pop over to paper market before facial on monday, coz i found my honey bee! Finally! kekekeke..

Bought papers and the scissors to do a layout as a gift to Ro for our 2nd anni.

Was supposed to meet RO on our anni day but I had to work late. Just as well coz the LO was done on the anniversary night itself and presented to him on Friday.

Tadah! The completed project. This photo was taken at Janet's wedding. It's the first time we don on formal evening wear and I tot Ro looked really dashing that night.

Cut out the frame of the paper to have a pop up feel. (i love pop up!)

A Little Sneak for a little prezzie!

1st Prezzie done for xmas! Sneaky sneak sneak!

Our 2nd Layout.. Abeit a reluctant one..

Our 2nd layout but it wasnt as enjoyable as the 1st one coz mr ro was feeling sleepy and grouchy.

i first crumpled the green piece of cardstock and brushed the distress ink over the creases to try to crease a textured look. Ro then helped to cut out the pattern paper to create a frame.

The photo mats were also treated with distress ink to complete the look. Paste on the flowers and title and we're done!

BUTS stands for ballet under the stars. It is held yearly at fort canning green and we attended it this year.

an enjoyable evening under the stars with our picnic basket , home made japanese avocado kani salad, miso pasta and lays potato chips.

Our first joint effort! Literally!

After some discussion, we came up with this layout! A true joint effort!

I'm proud of this layout coz it says to me, 2 big heads are better than one!

I bought the papers initially to do a layout on button but after flipping thru the photos on hand, ro suggested to do it on us and wow! the effect is good!

I copied the idea of others by cutting out the paper to have a 2d effect. Distressed abit of the edge to emphasize the 2 different piece of paper. Thank god Ro was the one to cut the papers, if me? the helicopter and aeroplane would most probably be missing.. kekekeke.. well, the clouds at the bottom was cut by me!

Picture of us at HK disneyland, almost flying off with pooh who was holding on to the ballon! Fly Away!

PS: Note the bus/tram taken by me at disneyland. Transportation's the theme :)
